This is quite possibly the coolest group I've ever seen. I'm seriously considering moving to London after I graduate so I can work for them. And they are one of the few firms out there who actually share my philosophy on integrating architecture, interiors and the surrounding landscapes into one cohesive design. I'm in love.
Whoa, are mandatory lectures allowed to be this interesting? Or am I way more dorky than I initially believed?
Also, the five page paper is finished, and it's actually pretty good. On time. Something's wrong with me.
Ladies and gentlemen, flisters of all ages, it is once again Art Poll Time!!!
Yes, I once again need your help deciding what my favorite artistic image is. The image with the most votes gets submitted to my Interior Design class for (duh duh duuuuun) a grade. Yes, you heard that right, a grade. So choose carefully people. Your choices are:
Image A
Image B or...
Image C

All right, I know I haven't posted anything in a REALLY long time, but this summer was truly, truly crazy. Anyways, I'm back now, and I desperately need YOUR help.
For my first project in my sculpture studio, I'm doing a relief in cast iron. But I'm having a really hard time deciding what to do. I want to play with creating something typically considered "soft" in this insanely hard and heavy medium, but with the project thematically open, I have too many options. I've got a few ideas, but none of them really stand out to me. Here are my sketches:
A pillow, leaning against something to give it form,
a human figure,
or an art nouveau inspired iris (I could also do a realistic iris in the same basic design).
Now, pick your favorite! Poll #1451967

I'm trying to download The Fall (y'know, that movie with Lee Pace on Lee Pace action), and all I'm getting from Limewire is a lot of Fall Out Boy. I'm getting a little annoyed. Seriously, someone needs to tell me where I can download it or send me the DVD, 'cause I'm dying here.
In other news, I finally watched The Dark Knight and Twilight this week. (I only watched Twilight for the cheesy lulz, I promise). I'm so behind in my movie viewing. What else has come out within the past couple of years that I should see? I'm desperate for things to do over break (besides work).
OH HOLY CRAP!!!! I got an A in Psych!!! How the hell did I manage that one? I haven't quite figured out how the grading in that class worked, but I'm sure not complaining.
And also, my schedule for next semester is freaking ridiculous. I have to figure out something to replace ARC 111 with, cause it overlaps with a studio I need to complete the Interior Design premajor, but I also need ARC 111 for that and I'm not sure it's offered in the spring and yeah, they really need to work on how they schedule this crap...
So, Andrew and I went to the Jason Mraz concert last night, and it was awesome. I had won tickets and backstage passes from a radio contest (which is crazy, cuz I never win anything), and yeah, I had my picture taken with Jason Mraz.
That's me in the skirt, in case you couldn't tell.
The pics are kinda blurry, because Andrew broke the shutter off our camera and we haven't gotten it fixed yet, but they're still kinda epic. And Jason was really nice (though I'm pretty sure he was stoned as hell.)
Oh, and also, that shirt was made by Drive By Press which is a really cool group of artists who travel across the country with a printing press in the back of their van giving lectures and making T-shirts. You should totes check them out.
english muffin and laptop (DISNEY, 6:30): artsypixie85 (Veronica Lake) takes tahu (Brandon Lee)'s brother on a date and ends up necking. The next day, fai_nekoi (Cab Calloway) hits on artsypixie85 (Veronica Lake)'s co-worker. Meanwhile, gembat (Denise Richards) causes problems at work when a file from buckeyealum (Eric Idle) has a virus. That weekend, cleolinda (George Carlin) burns worshipthedean (Julia Stiles)'s t-shirt. Craziness ensues.
For your information: this script only accesses publicly available information about your LiveJournal account -- namely, the friends listed in your user info.
Note: I know that it sometimes uses communities. I can't figure out a way to stop that without possibly hugely taxing the LiveJournal servers, so I'm just leaving it as is. I also know that occasionally weird grammar and spelling errors appear, since many words are randomly selected from word-lists. And yes, sometimes males are played by females, and vice versa. Just consider it equal-opportunity casting.

So I don't actually post to my personal journal very often. My life is kinda boring as hell. But I thought all the new people on my flist deserved something awesome/cracky to welcome them, so I present to you: Dean and Castiel's Wedding!!!!
Is quite possibly the sexiest thing I have ever seen. I just thought you all should know. *has finished swooning fangirlishly* And now back to my regularly scheduled homeworking. P.S. If you want someone to blame for my desperate love of Jensen, it's all gembat's fault.
